Saturday full-day rate
Until you set a date we quote the dearest single day. Go back, choose the day, and this settles on its own.
7 AM to midnight, the whole building.
$1250
Hall Rental

The whole building is yours from 7 AM to midnight on the busiest day of the week. Tables, chairs, dishes and cutlery are already here, and so is the kitchen —…

Same hall, same hours, same kitchen — two hundred and fifty dollars less than a Saturday. The whole building from 7 AM to midnight. Sunday afternoons are our…

Monday through Thursday, 7 AM to midnight, the whole building for five hundred dollars. This is what most seminars, fowl suppers, showers, funeral lunches and…

Three full days for the price of two. Friday, Saturday and Sunday booked separately come to $3,250; the whole weekend is $2,500, and the late hours on Saturday…
The kitchen, all of it
Two fridges, two dishwashers, a stove, a microwave, a coffee maker and our serving thermos. No hire fee, no restrictions on who cooks in it.
Tables, chairs, dishes, cutlery
Already in the building and included in every rental. You set them out the way you want them — we rent you the room and the furniture, and we do not set rooms or decorate.
The gazebo, at no charge
Twelve by twenty-eight feet, roofed, lattice sides, cedar deck, strung with warm bulbs. Included with the hall, so an outdoor ceremony does not get called off at noon over a forecast.
Parking that is not tight
On site, lit, gravel-firm and free, overnight included. Nobody parks on the road, nobody gets stuck, and nobody who should not drive home has to.
The lounge
A separate room off the hall with a chesterfield — gifts, the cake, the nursing mother, or whoever needs five minutes.
Coat room
Proper hanging space by the entrance. In January that matters more than you would think.
7 AM to midnight
Our posted hours, and they are long ones. Load in at seven, decorate all morning, and the music comes down at midnight. Add the late-night extension later if you want the building until 1 AM.

Your coffee plan

The one people regret skipping
A late-night pot and a tray of squares around ten, for the crowd who stay to the end. If you are holding the building to 1 AM, have someone on your side ready to put the urn on.
Everything you need is already here
Two fridges, a stove, the coffee maker, the urns, the serving thermos and two dishwashers. Bring your own coffee, cream, sugar and squares — your own aunt on the kettle is exactly how it is meant to work.

Flat price · optional
Three extras, and they are all ours.
Venue Services

We do the floors, the kitchen, the washrooms and the bins the morning after. Without this the hall has to be left as you found it before you hand the keys…

Your rental already runs to midnight. This holds the building for you until 1 AM. It is included at no charge on the Saturday night of a whole-weekend booking.

Ceiling projector and drop-down screen, one wireless handheld microphone, and the house sound system with both a 3.5 mm cable and Bluetooth. Enough for a…

The food and the drink are not ours
We do not cook and we cannot hold your liquor permit — Manitoba law puts that on you. We do not decorate either, and we have no decor to rent. The names on this page are people who work in this building constantly and already know where the power and the load-in door are. They quote you directly.
On Request

We do not cook, but Anna does, and she knows this kitchen better than most of our renters do — family-style roast beef, a plated supper, or late-night perogies…

Nora Bergen builds the centrepieces, the arch and the bouquets. Most of the greenery you can see in our gallery photographs is hers. Add this and we will make…

We do not decorate and we have no decorations to rent, so this is where to get them: linens, backdrops, arches, centrepieces and lighting from Let's Celebrate…

Manitoba requires you to hold the liquor permit, not us — that is the law and there is no way around it. What we can do is walk you through the Liquor, Gaming…

Two DJs and a prairie four-piece who play here regularly and already know where the power and the load-in door are. Tell us the kind of night you want and we…

Open-air booth with props and prints. It goes by the north wall where the power is and out of the way of the dance floor. Supplied and priced by our booth…

Kosher, halal, a serious allergy in the room, or a caterer who needs more cold storage than our two fridges. Tell us now rather than the week before and we…

The rolling bar, $80 per day. It wheels out to wherever you want it and backs onto the kitchen pass-through, so whoever is pouring is not cut off from the…

A raised platform, $80 per day, for the band, the DJ, the head table or the speeches. Worth it the moment you have 180 people sitting down and somebody at the…

The 12 x 28 gazebo — roofed, lattice sides, cedar deck, strung with warm bulbs. Included with the hall at no charge. It means the ceremony outside does not get…
07 — Before the quote
Read this bit
Four rules, and we would rather you knew them now.
1 · The liquor permit is yours
Manitoba law requires you to hold the permit personally, through the Liquor, Gaming and Cannabis Authority. We cannot hold it for you and no venue in this province can. It is an online application, it is not difficult, and it takes longer to come back than people budget for. Call Helmut and he will tell you which class you need. Apply early.
2 · $500 books the date
The date is not yours until the deposit lands — we do not hold dates on a handshake. It comes back to you within two to three weeks after the event if the hall is undamaged, which it nearly always is.
3 · The balance is due one week before
Seven days before your event — not the day of, and not after. Your payment schedule is generated for your booking and shown to you before you make your first payment, so every date and amount is in front of you from the start.
4 · Cleaning is yours, or it is $250
Leave the hall the way you found it — floors, kitchen, washrooms, bins — or add the $250 cleaning line and we do it the next morning. Both are completely fine. What is not fine is nobody having decided which.

No card needed
We will invoice you, not ask for a card.
The deposit still applies
$500 holds the date, and it is refundable after the event if the hall is undamaged. On an invoice it appears as a separate refundable line so your finance team can code it properly.
Balance one week before
Same rule as everyone else. If your payment run does not fall in that window, tell Helmut the date it does and he will work with it — that is a conversation, not a problem.
Bring your finance reference
PO number, cost centre, department — whatever your system needs on the face of the invoice. Reply to the quote email with it and it goes on.
Numbers can move
Delegate counts change. We re-count two weeks out and re-issue the invoice then, so you are never billed for people who did not come.

Photographs make this room look smaller than it is.

Thank you — that is genuinely everything we needed.
- 1
Your quote is saved and sent
Itemised, line by line, with GST shown separately. Check your junk folder if it is not there in ten minutes — it comes from Bristol Event Centre.
- 2
Helmut checks the calendar himself
Usually the same evening, and always within a day. He confirms your date is genuinely free before anything is invoiced. If you would rather just speak to him:
[email protected] · +1 (204) 326-7300
- 3
Sort the liquor permit and the caterer
These are the two things that are yours to do and the two that take longest. Start the Liquor, Gaming and Cannabis Authority application this week if there is alcohol. If you asked for partner introductions, they will be in touch directly.
- 4
Balance one week before, and then it is just the day
We re-count guests with you two weeks out and adjust the invoice, so you are never billed for chairs that stayed stacked. After that the only thing left is turning up.
Something changed?
Ring Helmut on +1 (204) 326-7300 or email [email protected]. Dates, numbers, packages — all of it moves right up until the week before. Nothing here is locked in a way a phone call cannot fix.
Did you book a walkthrough?
Then it is already in his calendar and the confirmation is in your inbox. If you skipped it and changed your mind, say so in a reply and we will get you in the room.
